In a recent Newsweek article, the interviewer noted— “As you sit across from him, his face keeps changing”. This reporter surely must have known he was interviewing a Gemini. If not, Dylan’s own comments should have given him additional clues: “ I don’t think I'm tangible to myself. I mean, I think one thing today and I think another thing tomorrow. I change during the course of a day. I wake and I'm one person, and when I go to sleep I know for certain I'm somebody else. I donut know who I am most of the time.” |

Gemini with Sagittarius rising? Sure, there's the Sagittarius physical structure (the domed head, the long twisted face and the ball on the tip of the nose) but something's wrong! Close-up, you can see the mutable face and darting eyes, but in certain moments, the air and fire seems incredibly stilled and grounded— almost Taurian in quality.
With a Moon also in Taurus, the focus becomes even more intense! With Saturn conjunct this Moon, Dylan appears emotionally cool, reclusive and hard edged. When he reacts to the outer world, he creates biting commentary on the ills of society. This highly disciplined Moon is also trine Neptune and conjunct the Uranus/Jupiter/Sun stellium. Dylan’s earthy emotions are intuitively and spiritually connected to his remarkably articulate Sun. He creates and expresses a constantly changing stream of inventive images. With a touch of saturnine grey, Dylan paints his Taurian images by building masterfully constructed phrases. With the swiftness of Mercury, he delivers the tantalizing messages. The impact is real and it continues to alter our collective consciousness and soul The Times They Are a Changin'!
